To register for a class or trip, click on the link below for a printable form, fill out the information and send it to Beartraks with a deposit of at least 1/2 the cost of the class. To ensure your enrollment, we must receive the deposit at least 30 days before the class begins. Classes are limited to an appropriate number of students and will be filled on a first-come first-serve basis. We will accept students within 30 days of the class if there are openings. Deposits may be transferable to another class the same year, but are nonrefundable. When we receive your deposit and registration form we will confirm your enrollment and send you further information about the class along with directions, and what to bring.
